Larry Sager, Pre-License Instructor

Larry Sager teaches the real estate pre-license classes for Stark. He recently retired from Madison Area Technical College as their Real Estate Coordinator. Larry's credentials are extensive. He is a published author in real estate and related fields. He is a certified fair housing trainer and has been the president of the Community Reinvestment Alliance in Madison. He works extensively with the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board as a course writer and numerous states around the country contract with Larry to write questions for their state licensing exams. We retain Larry to teach our pre-license classes because we want our students (and future Stark agents) to have the best preparation for the test and for launching their careers and Larry gives that to us in his teaching. Larry and his wife live in Madison and have raised their children here.
