Continuing Education

Stark Company Realtors^® is offering continuing education courses at company offices. Every Realtor^® must renew their license by December 15, 2008 in order to continue practicing. Realtors must complete four, 3-hour courses, plus pass the exam which follows each course. Two courses will be offered each day; course one and two are the first day with course three and four offered on the second day.

Continuing Education Course Schedule

The National Association of Realtors requires every Realtor to complete a course on Ethics. Course Four has been approved to satisfy this requirement.

Getting Your Salesperson License

A career with Stark Company Realtors^® begins with the best 72-hour pre-license training program, led by instructor Christine LaLonde. The Stark Company has evening classes available to you.

4-week period
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

These classes will give you the required 72 hours to obtain your license. The cost of the class is $169.00, which includes books. If you should be hired by The Stark Company, you will be reimbursed $100.00 with your first commission check.

The Stark Company also offers a 72-hour class on CD-Rom, featuring instructor Larry Sager, to obtain your real estate license. We have put together a new packet that will give you the best opportunity of passing. The cost of this packet is only $230.00. At no additional cost you may attend our live classes that are held at Stark Company Realtors. The CD-Rom packet includes:

• CD-Rom for the State and Federal portion of the test
• Required books for the course
• Sample test to practice your exam questions
• Form needed to receive your Certificate from Stark Company Realtors stating you have completed your required 72 hours

Obtain Your Broker's License With Our New CD-Rom Course

This is the first Broker CD-Rom 36-hour course offered in Wisconsin and features nationally known instructor and author Larry Sager. The Stark School of Real Estate CD-Rom Course, along with your study materials, fulfills the state education requirements needed prior to writing the Wisconsin Real Estate Broker Licensing exam.

The cost of the CD-Rom course, which includes books and other materials, is only $258.35. If you want your CD-Rom packet shipped to you, please add $15.00 for shipping and handling. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
