David T (Unsolicited feedback shared at a civic event) -I attended a Speed Networking event on Tuesday night through Madison Magnet, and spoke with a Mr. David Thomack. Dave and I were talking about both of our businesses, and he stopped me to share his personal experience with Stark and how pleased he and his family has been. He shared that he had worked with Mary to buy a home, and also referred Mary to his sibling’s family. Just last weekend they were all sitting around and for whatever reason were talking about good customer service, and how it is so hard to come by. He said they were talking and one of them said, “You know who gets customer service? Mary Binkley!” He went on to rave about how wonderful she was, and even though he has friends and neighbors who work for other companys he will (and I quote) NEVER work with or refer people to anyone but Mary with Stark.

Kim K (Relocation customer) - Hi Kelly, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Tamie Hanson did showing us the Madison area this weekend. She was very knowledgeable and made what could have been a very stressful situation enjoyable. She was extremely responsive to all my emails, listened well to what I was looking for, and even thought of my three little girls by bringing snacks and drinks for the car. She also made great recommendations for restaurants, told us about Madison sights, and showed my girls fun gymnastic studios. My eight-year-old enjoyed her so much that she made her a thank you card and gave it to her on Saturday. It was all the little extra things that Tamie did that made this experience so great. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially a family relocating to Madison. Thank you for giving us such a terrific person to work with.

Cymbre VF (Trust VP) - Thank you Dean. I echo your "Whoo-hoo!" I wanted to say again that Patty has done a great job for us in a very challenging real estate environment. I especially appreciate the many, many extras that she has provided – i.e. arranging for house cleaners, a stager, bringing items from her own house for staging, opening up the condo multiple times for the trust, getting estimates for a new roof, arranging for a handyman to handle multiple problems, getting the furnace fixed under the home warranty, etc., etc. This is exactly what we were looking for – someone to handle everything! This is true customer service, and part of what makes me so pleased with our choice of Stark as our real estate service provider.
