I have been in the real estate industry for the past 17 years. My career started with selling real estate in 1993 with a small company. I enjoyed being my own boss and the business is everything I thought it would be...hard work, but very rewarding. With my experiences in assisting buyers & sellers attain their dreams melded with my love and experiences in growing, managing and developing people, I now have the best of both worlds. I recruit, hire, train, coach and counsel agents in building their real estate sales business... to help them unfold a whole new perspective of potential within. The people, and that includes my agents, their families and clients, the people we work with, are by far the best part of this industry! I am always looking for great people that would like to join our company and this awesome industry! Our office in the downtown Middleton area is in a vibrant redeveloped part of the city. We are surrounded by retail neighbors, other service businesses, and many restaurants and retail shops. I have served on the RASCW Professional Standards Committee for the last 13 years. I am a charter member of the Madison Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors and am a past President. Currently I serve as a Director of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and President Elect for the State Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. I stay as active and give back to my community as often as I can. My husband Terry and I both grew up in the Middleton area and we have raised four children here. We are very proud of our family and our community. |
