Getting Your Salesperson License

A career with Stark Company Realtors® begins with the best 72-hour pre-license training program, led by instructor Christine LaLonde. The Stark Company has evening classes available to you.

4-week period
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

These classes will give you the required 72 hours to obtain your license. We are currently offering special pricing with free tuition, so you pay only $55.95 plus tax which is the price of the study materials. Our Stark School of Real Estate has a very impressive 98% pass rate on the state exam.

The Stark Company also offers a 72-hour class on CD-Rom, featuring instructor Larry Sager, to obtain your real estate license. We have put together a new packet that will give you the best opportunity of passing. The cost of this packet is only $230.00. At no additional cost you may attend our live classes that are held at Stark Company Realtors. The CD-Rom packet includes:

  • CD-Rom for the State and Federal portion of the test
  • Required books for the course
  • Sample test to practice your exam questions
  • Form needed to receive your Certificate from Stark Company Realtors stating you have completed your required 72 hours
