Dean Woldstad, CRP

Dean Woldstad, CRP, is the Director of the Relocation Division. He has his real estate license and has worked in the real estate industry since 1979. Prior to joining Stark, Dean spent 14 years in leadership roles in the relocation industry representing one of the largest third party relocation companies in the world. He is a member the national Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has earned ERC's Certified Relocation Professional designation. He also is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. One of Dean’s favorite quotes is one heard at a conference from retired General Norman Schwarzkopf: “When put in a position of authority do two things.  First, make a decision.  Second, do the right thing.”  If the first choice may create conflict with the second, Dean’s preference is to do the right thing.  With his educational experience and background in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia College (Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN), Dean is prepared to work with the Stark Company Realtors’ relocation team and make a difference in your relocation experience!

Kelly Dewey, CRP, GMS, RCC, WRS

Kelly Dewey, CRP, GMS, RCC, WRS, joined Stark Company Realtors^® in June 1997 and holds Wisconsin sales and brokers real estate licenses. Her primary responsibility is servicing referrals generated through our membership in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^™, a network of over 700 independent brokers throughout the United States and the world. She consistently receives awards and recognition for her success with both incoming and outgoing referrals, and she has spoken and facilitated round tables at regional and national conferences on related topics. Kelly puts her previous work experience as a travel consultant, customer service rep and radio promotions manager to good use as our Relocation Services Manager. Answering questions and taking care of people's concerns comes naturally, as does handling a myriad of details and enthusiastically promoting the beauty and cultural aspects of Madison. This position takes her all over the county as she also manages the rental assistance program for Stark. Kelly is a "Big Sister" in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County program and continues her work as an Ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce. Says Kelly, "My job is never boring, whether it's gathering information or showing people around town. I love the variety!"

Jake Siudzinski

"Building a community one handshake at a time" is right in line with how Jake does business. As the Business Development Director for the Relocation Division, Jake will take the lead in fostering service partnerships with companies in South Central Wisconsin. Although he misses his hometown of Green Bay, there isn't another city in the world he would rather live than Madison, WI. He is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has lived in the area for nearly 10 years. This love for Madison and the surrounding areas make him a perfect match for the Relocation Division at Stark. He thoroughly enjoys and is committed to working with companies that are moving their employees into or out of this great area. Prior to joining the Stark team, Jake worked in Madison representing a recognized employment agency in recruitment and sales. His experience in Human Resources will prove to be a valuable asset when helping clients determine their Relocation Services needs. Jake's positive energy, commitment to values, and focus on customer relationships continues the Stark tradition.

David Stark

Real estate is in Dave's blood. He is the fourth generation of the Stark family to head Madison's oldest real estate company. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Business School, Dave knows the market and the business community well. He serves on the boards of many organizations and is active in Rotary and United Way. Dave is happy to help newcomers make connections. "Tell them to give me a call and I'll see who I know," he grins.
