The Relocation Development Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with companies and corporations needing relocation related assistance. In this position you will prospect new business, follow up initial cold-calling efforts, assist corporations with relocation policies and programs and sell relocation and brokerage services. In addition, the chosen candidate will participate in all aspects of a successful relocation department: referral administration, process relocation inventory properties, and participation with clients in the rental program.

The chosen candidate will be an energetic, self starter and have a BA in a related field or equivalent experience, 3 years experience in sales development and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments, proficient PC skills including ACT software, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Community knowledge of the Greater Madison area necessary. Previous residential real estate experiences a plus. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.
