I absolutely love all of Madison! The lakes, the trails, the dog parks, the farmer's markets, and the variety of places to enjoy live local music. Willy Street, Olbrich Gardens, the Union Terrace, The Arboretum, the Overture Center, ...the list goes on and on! Not to mention Middleton's Pheasant Branch Conservancy, Mt. Horeb's trolls, Spotted Cows in New Glarus, and The Secret Garden in Paoli. I love being a Madisonian!
Why I'm an Agent
When I was a little girl, I used to love to go for walks with my grandpa just as it was getting dark. The lights inside people's homes would begin to come on, and we would make up stories about who lived there and what they must be doing. When I got older, I enjoyed visiting open houses with my mom. I spent hours sketching houses and cutting up the Better Homes and Gardens magazines. As an adult, I have bought and sold several houses. It is wonderful that I now get to live out my dream of helping others find their dream home.
Buying or selling a home will likely be one the biggest life decisions you will make. My goal is to make this process successful, enjoyable, and with minimal stress! Whether it is your first time, or you've engaged in several real estate transactions, it is essential to have a professional walk through this process with you, to advocate for your specific needs and goals, to provide resources such as lenders, skilled trades, and service providers you may need along the way. My experience as a former special education teacher draws upon my expertise in scaffolding the process and tailoring your unique experience to best meet your needs. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to real estate transactions, and your unique experience requires the attention and expertise to ensure a successful closing. My priority is service over sales, and my goal is help this process be enjoyable for everyone involved.
