I love to work in the Central part of Madison, including the near-east and near-west neighborhoods. Monroe St, Downtown, Atwood....they're all great neighborhoods. I also have experience in some of the outlying areas - Cottage Grove, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, McFarland, Monona, Columbus and others.
I've earned my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and really enjoy working with the "over 50" crowd!
I'm originally from upstate New York, and after graduating from college in Rochester, N.Y., I spent a few years traveling around the country, living in various places - and have great stories to tell about it! Eventually, my travels brought me to Madison and I've lived here for 30 years. Madison has so much to offer and such a unique, eclectic character! I've always loved exploring the little known neighborhood spots, as well as taking advantage of the lively downtown area and the lakes.
I was privileged to have a career working for the State of Wisconsin purchasing land for the Stewardship Program. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I bring experience and connections to my relationships with my clients. As your Realtor, I believe trust is the key to working well together, so you can count on getting the facts and honest advice from me. I'm a good listener and enjoy taking on unusual projects. I'm fascinated by people's stories, especially the history we can learn from the seniors in our midst.
I enjoy spending time gardening, knitting, doing lots of volunteering and anything related to dog or other animal rescue. I also love "old stuff" that has stood the test of time, i.e. I love to go picking! I’d be pleased to meet with you to learn more about your story, where you hope to go next and how I can help you get there! Next time you buy or sell a home, I'd be honored to be your Trusted Advisor.
