Why I'm an Agent
Having a career in real estate means to me meeting different, interesting people from various walks of life on a daily basis. Helping people on a daily basis and seeing the tangible results of my actions at the end of each day leads to high levels of satisfaction.
I love people! I can’t help feeling the need for social interaction. I enjoy listening to personal stories, I can effortlessly put myself in the shoes of others, I love to spread around my positive outlook on life, and even more when the picture does not look so positive. I love diversity of thought and culture, a good conversation with a cup of coffee, I enjoy humanity.
Growing up in Europe, the exposure to other counties and cultures is part of the lifestyle. Driving to a different country is similar to traveling to a different state yet with various languages, people and ways of life. While my German and Polish upbringing emphasized organization, attention to detail and precision, it was always melded with a warm-hearted nature and view of the world around us.
In 1994, our family left Europe and began a new adventure. My husband and I moved to Madison with our two children to join family business. As I look through my path in life, it is clear that I gravitate to situations and careers where I can help others find their path. I thrive on understanding people, their background, what drives them and how they prefer to communicate and engage in new information. Whether it has been a relaxed environment during my restaurant career, a trying moment while in criminal justice or the high emotions present during buying or selling a home, I feel it is my job to help clients achieve their goals. It is a responsibility, an honor, which I take quite seriously.
Whether you say danke schön, dziękuję or thank you—I appreciate the opportunity to advise you during your real estate journey.
