  College buddies Eliot Butler and Rob LoBreglio were ahead of the craft beer curve when they opened Great Dane Pub & Brewing in the mid-90s. More than a quarter-century later, people around Madison are still enjoying the casual atmosphere and quality brews. Great Dane's Old Glory cheese curds are coated in batter, infused with their American Pale Ale and served with a side of roasted Hatch chili ranch for dipping.   Fromagination's name is a play on "Fromage," which is the French word for cheese.
